Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping rates are based on the destination address and shipping method chosen. You may find the shipping rates available for your order after providing your Shipping Information during the checkout process.

All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, VNDA. Title to products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when VNDA delivers these items to the carrier.

International shipping charges are based upon the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination. International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes, which are your responsibility. These charges must be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country to which the order is being shipped.

We are required by law to charge sales tax on products shipped within states where we have physical stores: California.

Return Policy

VNDA wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you decide you would like to return or exchange an item(s), VNDA will accept an item(s) accompanied by a Return Authorization (as set forth below) within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase of such item(s), subject to the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original packaging in perfect condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, VNDA cannot accept returns on underwear unless defective. All other items must be returned in their original packaging in perfect, new, never-worn condition. All garments are subject to inspection. Items that have already been worn and/or washed will not be refunded or exchanged.

VNDA will not accept returns or exchanges without an accompanying Return Authorization. To obtain a Return Authorization, email customercare@vnda.com including your order number, the item you want to return, and if applicable, the item you want to have in exchange.

Upon issuance of a Return Authorization, please print the Return Authorization and return with your item(s) to the following address. Please note return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post from USPS. Ship via ground method, and insure your package. VNDA is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.

Sale items are eligible for exchange only within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. VNDA does not refund shipping charges. Refused shipments are subject to all applicable shipping charges.

Physical retail store and other online retail purchases not conducted through vnda.com unfortunately cannot be accepted for exchanges or refunds from vnda.com.
